Question 1

How long until my report arrives?

Accepted Answer

The same day - typically within a few hours. The audit reads your whole site page by page and checks every finding back against your live pages before anything is sent, and that honest double-checking is where the time goes. The biggest site we have timed, over four hundred pages, took just over two hours end to end; a typical business site is done well inside that.

Question 2

What is the one book?

Accepted Answer

The whole pack as one PDF - the report, your to-do list, every piece with its cover and two plain lines, the course and the two files for your AI - attached to your delivery email and on your link for 7 days. Open it on any device; nothing to log in to.

Question 3

What exactly do I get for the price?

Accepted Answer

The report with every fault named, the fix plan with every corrected line ready to paste, your keywords with their numbers, every link that points at you, what people ask AI word for word, your site's own photograph from audit day, the course built from your own results - and the whole pack as one book. One payment; yours to keep.

Question 4

Do I need to be technical?

Accepted Answer

No. The lines are already written - the course shows the exact field they go in for Shopify, WordPress, Wix and Squarespace. A typical fixes file is an afternoon of careful pasting, not clever work.

Question 5

Do you need access to my website?

Accepted Answer

No login, no plugin, no code on your site. The audit reads what the public internet already sees, and every finding is read back off your live pages before the report is sent.

Question 6

What tools do you run the audit with?

Accepted Answer

The same professional grade of data the expensive agencies buy - bought fresh for your run, read for you, and written out in plain English. We keep our exact instruments to ourselves, the way a good kitchen keeps its recipes. What you receive is the finished plate: every fault named, every fix written out, every line ready to paste.

Question 7

How is this different from the free scans everywhere?

Accepted Answer

A free scan grades your headings and your image tags. It cannot tell you whether anyone finds you, because that needs search data somebody has to pay for. We buy it. That is the half you are actually paying for, and it is 60% of the score.

Question 8

What if your scanner gets something wrong?

Accepted Answer

It will, sometimes. So every finding is read back off your live site before the report is sent - every finding carries its own evidence, and anything that cannot be confirmed says so instead of guessing.

Question 9

Do I get an account, a password, a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. You get a link. It is open for 7 days and it never asks you to log in. Your score is worked out once and stored - it does not drift while you work. Still no account, still nothing to cancel.

Question 10

Will you fix it for me?

Accepted Answer

Not the pasting, no - but the writing is already done. Every fault arrives with its corrected line written out, ready to paste, and the course walks you through exactly where each line goes in Shopify, WordPress, Wix or Squarespace. Most owners clear the file in an afternoon. If you want someone to do the pasting as well, that is a separate conversation and a separate price - and we will say so plainly rather than burying it in an upsell.

Question 11

Can you promise me page one?

Accepted Answer

No, and nobody honest can. Technical faults can be fixed the same day, content takes weeks, and rankings move over months. Anyone quoting you a position is selling something.
