These terms cover buying one website audit from Auditlodge, a product of Vitadefence Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NE, England, company number 15979768.

What you are buying

One audit of one website, for a single payment. The price depends on the size of your site and is shown to you before you pay: £9.99 up to 100 pages, £19.99 up to 500 pages, and £29.99 for a site larger than that. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You get the report as its own PDF; the whole pack as one book, a PDF with a real index; the course as its own PDF; the working sheets as their own PDF; the download page where all four sit with their covers; your own pack page, every piece explained; your copy-paste fixes page; the web book, chapter by chapter; and a permanent link — no login, no expiry. Yours to keep.

The audit crawls the pages of the website you give us, checks each finding by opening the live page, and reports what it found. It tells you what to change; it does not change anything on your site, and we never ask for access to it.

Who takes the money

Payments are handled by Polar, who act as the reseller and merchant of record for this purchase. Your card details go to Polar, not to us. Your receipt comes from them.

Give us a site you are entitled to have audited

By ordering you confirm the website is yours, or that you have permission from whoever owns it. We fetch public pages only, the way any visitor or search engine would.

Delivery, and your right to cancel

The audit begins as soon as the payment is confirmed and is usually delivered within the hour. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to change your mind about something bought online. That right ends once a digital service has been fully performed, so by ordering you ask us to start straight away and you accept that you lose the right to cancel once the report has been delivered. Before it is delivered, email us and we will cancel and refund in full.

If something goes wrong

If the report does not arrive, or arrives broken, tell us at info@auditlodge.com and we will fix it and deliver it again, at no cost to you, until it is right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — that a service is carried out with reasonable care and skill — are not affected by anything on this page.

What the report is, and is not

It is a measurement and an opinion based on what we could see on the day. Search engines are not ours and nobody controls where a website ranks, so we do not promise any position, any traffic, or any result. Acting on the report is your decision.

Limits

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any one order is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
